Private support for one important situation you cannot seem to work out

Stuck? Work It Out with Kaz

When something important has been going around in your head for too long, it can become harder to see clearly from inside it

Stuck? Work It Out with Kaz

Maybe it is a decision you keep changing your mind about. A conversation you know you need to have but cannot work out how to approach. Something that happened that still does not sit right. A change you want to make, but every time you get close to it you end up back where you started.

You think about what happened, what you should do, what you may have missed, whether you are being fair, whether you are seeing it properly. Then the questions start turning back onto you.

Am I getting this wrong?

Am I overreacting?

Why can't I just work this out?

Am I the problem?

After a while, you are not only tired of the situation. You are tired of carrying it around in your head.

Sometimes the answer really is hard. Sometimes there is no neat answer. And sometimes you are simply too close to the situation to see the whole thing clearly

Apply to work with Kaz

Applying gives me the context I need before we begin. It does not commit you to buying

The people who care about you still see the situation through their own lives

You may already have talked to someone you trust.

They care about you. They want to help. And they still hear what you are telling them through their own experience, beliefs, fears, loyalties and conditioning.

One person says, “I would leave.” Someone else says, “I think you should give it another chance.” Another person thinks you are making too much of it.

None of them necessarily mean any harm. They are telling you what makes sense from where they are standing.

But now you have your own thoughts plus three other people's.

And you still have to work out:

What is actually right for me?

That is why another opinion is not always the thing that gets you unstuck.

Sometimes what you need is someone who can stay with the whole situation long enough to help you see what is hard to see from inside it.

Not to decide for you

To help you get underneath what is keeping you stuck

But talking about something this personal can feel hard too

You may be thinking:

I don't even know how to explain this

Maybe you have never said the whole thing out loud. Maybe you have talked about parts of it, but there are things you have kept to yourself because you felt embarrassed, confused or worried about how they would sound.

You might be afraid you will say too much. That you will freeze. That you will cry. That I will misunderstand you or think badly of you.

You do not have to arrive with a neat story

You do not have to know where the problem begins

You do not have to tell me everything in the first conversation

You can start with:

“This is the part I keep coming back to.”

Or:

“I know something is wrong, but I can't work out what.”

Or simply:

“I don't know where to start.”

Our live conversations can be audio or video. You choose whichever feels more comfortable and safe enough for you to talk openly.

You can stop, change your wording, correct yourself, take a minute or realise halfway through that what you thought was the problem is not quite the problem after all.

That is not doing the conversation badly.

Sometimes that is where the useful part begins

I listen to the words — and I also pay attention to what happens underneath them

This is a big part of how I work.

I listen to what you are telling me, but I am not only listening for the facts of the story.

I notice what changes while you are talking.

You might sound certain until we reach one consequence. You might keep coming back to one detail. Something may not quite fit with something you said earlier. You may say one thing, pause, then realise it does not feel true when you hear yourself say it.

I also naturally feel and sense what may be happening underneath the words

Sometimes I feel there is more emotion around one part than you are saying out loud. Sometimes I get a strong sense that there is a deeper root cause we need to explore. Sometimes I get a strong sense that there is somewhere else we need to look.

I bring all of that together with what I have lived and what I have learned.

You are not coming to me for a reading or a verdict. You are coming to work through something important with someone who can listen, notice, sense and help you get to the root cause

That can help us get underneath the block faster

When you are trying to solve something alone, you are usually working with the same information your mind has already been going over.

You can analyse it from another angle. Think about it again. Ask another person. Reword the problem.

But if the thing keeping you stuck is underneath the version you already understand, more thinking can keep taking you around the same track.

Live conversation gives us more to work with

The pause

The contradiction

The change in certainty

The part that suddenly has more feeling in it

The thing I sense may be worth looking at

The question I can ask right there, while it is happening

Sometimes that helps us get to the root cause more quickly than staying only with the parts you have already been turning over on your own.

And when we get underneath the thing that is actually holding the problem in place, the change can be much bigger than simply understanding it better.

Sometimes the block shifts. The decision becomes clear. The conversation becomes possible. You know what you want to do and you can move.

Sometimes, when we get to the root of what has been driving the problem and that genuinely changes, the change can last because you are no longer trying to manage the same thing from the surface.

That is what we are looking for: not more surface information, but the point where something can actually move

We stay with the situation you came for — and go deep enough to understand what is really holding it in place

Say you come to me with:

“I need to decide whether to have this conversation.”

That is where we start.

But as we talk, we may discover that every time you imagine the other person being upset, something changes in you.

Now the real stuck point may not only be whether to speak.

It may be what happens to you when someone is disappointed with you

Or you may come saying:

“I have two choices and I keep going backwards and forwards.”

We may discover that you are trying to find the option that feels right and carries no difficult consequence.

Now we are not only comparing two choices.

We are looking at why neither choice has felt possible to settle

This does not mean we turn one situation into a project to fix your whole life.

We stay centred on why you came.

But if there is a root cause underneath it, we go deep enough to work with it — because sometimes that is the thing holding the whole problem in place.

Because I do not want this to be:

“That was a really good conversation. I feel better.”

…and then you are back inside exactly the same pattern a few days later.

The goal is to help you work out what you want, what feels right for you and what you are going to do next — with a direction or plan you can actually follow, so you are no longer stuck in the same place

And sometimes the deeper shift goes further than solving the immediate situation. When the root of the block changes, the same thing does not have to keep running the show in the same way.

That is the kind of change we are working towards.

And then real life gives us the next piece

Imagine we talk on Monday.

By the end of the conversation, something makes more sense. You feel clearer about what you want to do next.

Then Wednesday happens.

A message arrives. You speak to someone. You try what you planned. A new detail appears. Or you simply wake up and feel completely different about it.

Now you are back inside the situation.

Monday

Wednesday

Day 21

You might think:

I felt so clear after we talked. Why am I doubting everything again?

This is where the support between conversations becomes incredibly valuable.

And I do not need you to calm down first.

If you are upset, triggered, angry, scared, confused or suddenly doubting everything, that emotional state is not a problem we have to get rid of before we can work. It can be some of the most useful information we have, because we are seeing what is happening while it is actually happening.

Talking about it later, when you are calm, can give us information. Being able to express what is happening while it is live can help us see the block, work with it and create change while it is right there.

You can send me what is happening while it is still fresh, by text or voice/audio. Use whichever helps you express it in that moment. You do not have to package it neatly.

You might send:

“This just happened. I can feel myself backing away from what we talked about.”

I already know the context

I know what we noticed before

So we are not starting from zero

Maybe the fear we talked about has just shown up in real life. Maybe something genuinely new has happened and your direction needs another look. Maybe the emotion itself shows us the exact block we need to work with. Maybe one question helps you see why this feels so different now. Maybe I suggest we talk live because this part needs more depth.

You do not have to lose the real moment just because it happened between our live conversations

This is not instant-response or emergency access. I do not promise that I will reply the moment something comes in.

The value is that the real moment can become part of the work before it gets flattened into a calm summary — or you have to wait and try to remember it at the next scheduled call.

That is why I created Stuck? Work It Out with Kaz

This is 21 days of private support around one important situation, struggle, decision or change

By this point, you can probably see why I did not make it a single call.

The useful part may begin in the live conversation

Then real life responds

We notice what happens

We work with the next piece

And if the root cause underneath the original problem becomes clearer, we have enough time to go there without turning the work into an open-ended arrangement.

What the 21 days give us room to do

Live audio or video

Up to eight flexible hours

We use the live time where the situation actually needs it. A first conversation may need more time. Later, something specific may only need twenty or thirty minutes.

What makes this valuable: we are not squeezing the work into a fixed call length or stopping just because the clock says the session is over. We can give the live conversation as much time as it needs for the deeper root to unfold.

Support between conversations

Text or voice/audio

Real life does not wait for the next scheduled call. If something happens and you are upset, triggered, angry, scared, confused or suddenly doubting everything, you can capture and express it while it is actually happening. Text it or talk it out in a voice/audio message. You do not have to calm down or turn it into a polished explanation first.

What makes this valuable: the emotion, reaction or sudden change can be part of the work while it is live. I already know the context, so we can work with what is happening now instead of you carrying it alone, waiting for the next scheduled call and then trying to remember exactly what happened and how it felt.

One central situation

Deep enough to reach the root cause underneath it

We stay centred on the reason you came. If the same root cause shows up somewhere else and it helps us understand the problem, we can follow it far enough to work with what is actually keeping you stuck.

What makes this valuable: the work stays focused on solving the problem you came with — helping you work out what you want, what feels right for you, and leave with a direction, plan or next step you know how to act on.

21 days of continuity

A clear beginning and end

If the live hours are used before the end date, the agreed text and voice/audio support continues until the 21 days finish. New support messages and live conversations under this purchase end on Day 21, and any unused live hours expire then. There is no automatic extension.

What makes this valuable: we have room to see what happens when insight meets real life, and still have a clear point where the work becomes yours to carry forward.

What I want you to leave with is more than an answer

Maybe you make the decision.

Maybe you realise you need more information first.

Maybe the situation changes while we are working together.

Maybe the biggest shift is finally understanding why you have been unable to work it out.

The exact outcome will depend on the situation.

What I do not want is for you to leave thinking:

“Kaz told me what to do.”

I would much rather you leave thinking:

“I can see what has been keeping me stuck.”

“I understand what belongs to me and what doesn't.”

“I know what feels right for me now.”

“I can recognise what happens when I start getting pulled away from that again.”

There may be relief in that. Less overwhelm. More grounding. More trust in your ability to work with something difficult.

The goal is for you to understand what has been keeping you stuck, work out what you want and what feels right for you, and leave knowing what you are going to do next — with a direction or plan you can actually move on

You do not have to be calm, certain or agreeable for this to work

You can cry. Feel angry. Get confused. Need a minute. Change your mind. Disagree with me. Tell me something I said does not fit.

I may ask something direct. I may see your own part differently from how you see it. I may sense something under the surface that you cannot quite see yet.

We can work with that too.

This is private support around one important situation. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical care, crisis or emergency support.

I do not promise immediate or constant access. I do not promise a particular breakthrough.

The full privacy, communication, complaint, termination and service terms will be provided before any payment is taken.

The first three people to submit a completed application can take part for $500 USD

The planned standard price for Stuck? Work It Out with Kaz is $1,000 USD.

The way I work is not new

This exact 21-day structure is

For those first three places, there is no competitive ranking or selection process. The first three people to submit a completed application can take part for $500 USD while I learn from the real delivery: whether 21 days is the right length, how the flexible live hours are used, how the support between conversations works in practice, what kind of depth and movement the structure supports, and how the whole container works in real life.

You still receive the complete offer.

You are not investing in eight hours of talking. You are investing in depth, individual attention, live observation and sensing, in-the-moment context and continuity around one important situation

I work with no more than three active clients at a time because this work requires my energy, focus and presence, and I want to give each person the full benefit of that while we are working together.

The situation may already be taking your time, energy and headspace.

I am not going to invent a dollar value for that.

The question is whether having this level of attention, support, emotional and energetic presence — with someone helping you get underneath the block instead of going around it again — feels like the kind of support you need right now

And you do not have to make the buying decision on this page.

You do not have to decide whether to buy before you apply

You tell me enough about the one situation you want help with, where you feel stuck, what you already understand or have tried, and what you would like to be different.

You do not have to put every private detail into the application.

For these first three places, the application gives me the context I need before we begin and helps us start with the right situation in focus. After those places are filled, the application returns to being a fit-and-capacity check.

Applying does not commit you to buying.

You will receive the final service details and terms before you make that decision.

A few questions you may still have

That is okay. You do not have to calm yourself down and come back with a neat explanation. Sometimes what comes out while the feeling is live shows us more than the calm version later. Use text or voice/audio — whichever helps you express what is actually happening.

No. Live conversations can be audio or video. We use whichever feels more comfortable and safe enough for you to talk openly.

You do not need to. Bring the situation you are stuck in. Part of the work is getting underneath what is happening and finding the root cause that is actually keeping you there.

We can follow that root cause where it helps us understand and change the central situation. The work stays focused on why you came rather than turning into an attempt to work on everything.

Then tell me. I may ask direct questions or sense something under the surface that you cannot quite see yet, but this is still your life. We work through what comes up together.

I do not promise an exact response time or instant access. The value of the support between conversations is that you can capture and express what is happening while it is live, rather than carrying it alone or waiting until the next scheduled call to try to remember it.

The first three people who submit a completed application can take part for $500 USD. Those first three applications are not ranked against each other. The application gives me the context I need before we begin.

No. This is private support around one important situation. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, crisis or emergency care.

Still thinking, “I don't know if I could actually talk about this”?

You do not have to know yet

You do not have to be ready to tell me everything

You do not have to use video

You do not have to have the right words

You only need to know that there is something important you are tired of trying to work out entirely on your own.

We can start with that
